1. No Refunds

  • Due to the nature of digital and custom-designed services, we do not offer refunds once work has started. This includes any preliminary work, design drafts, or concepts created for your project.
  • If you have made a payment and the project has commenced, we cannot process a refund for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the design.

2. Unlimited Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our graphic design services.
  • We provide unlimited revisions within the reasonable scope of the project to ensure the final design meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the design, we will work with you until the design is to your satisfaction. This guarantee is subject to reasonable revisions and feedback timelines.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your project prior to the commencement of any design work, and a full refund will be issued for any payments made.
  • If you decide to cancel after work has started, you will be responsible for paying for the design work completed up until that point. Once the project is in progress, no refund will be issued.

4. Delivery and Final Work

  • Once the final design is delivered to you, the project is considered complete. No refunds will be issued once the final design files are provided to you.
  • Final design files will be delivered after the completion of the project, which may include logos, branding materials, or other design assets, depending on the agreed scope.

5. Issues with Quality or Service

  • If there is an issue with the quality of the service or if you feel that the work delivered is not in line with the agreed-upon scope, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to correct the situation by offering revisions and adjustments.
  • If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, we will provide further assistance to ensure that your concerns are addressed, but we do not offer a refund after services have been rendered.
