Delivery Policy

Effective Date: February 15, 2025

At GraphicsWize.com, we strive to deliver the highest quality graphic design services in a timely manner. Our delivery policy outlines the timeline, methods, and conditions for delivering completed design work to our clients.

1. Delivery Timeframe

  • The typical delivery time for graphic design projects is between 7 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the complexity and scope of the project.
  • The exact delivery time for each project will be confirmed with you at the time of order placement or during the initial consultation.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on project details, client feedback, and any additional revisions requested. We will keep you informed of any potential delays.

2. Project Milestones

  • Initial Draft/Concepts: Upon project commencement, we will deliver an initial draft or design concept for your review. This typically occurs within the first 3 to 5 business days of the project.
  • Revisions: After receiving your feedback on the initial design, we will begin working on revisions. Revisions are generally completed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the complexity of the changes requested.
  • Final Delivery: After completing the revisions and receiving your final approval, the completed design will be delivered to you. This usually occurs within 7 to 14 business days from the start of the project, unless otherwise specified.

3. Delivery Method

  • All final designs will be delivered digitally via email or through a secure file-sharing platform (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer), depending on your preference.
  • The final delivery may include various file formats for your design, such as PNG, JPEG, PDF, EPS, AI, or any other file types requested during the project agreement.

4. Client Responsibility

  • Timely Feedback: The timely review and approval of design drafts and feedback are essential for keeping the project on schedule. Delays in providing feedback may extend the overall delivery time.
  • Clarification of Requirements: If there are any specific requirements for file formats or additional elements needed for the final design, please communicate them clearly at the beginning of the project to ensure that the final delivery meets your expectations.

5. Late Delivery

  • While we make every effort to deliver projects on time, unforeseen circumstances or changes in the project scope may result in delays. If a project cannot be delivered within the agreed-upon time frame, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated estimated delivery date.
  • In case of significant delays due to reasons on our end, we will discuss possible solutions, including adjusting the scope of the project or offering an alternative delivery arrangement.

6. Final Approval

  • Once the final design has been delivered, you will have the opportunity to approve or request further revisions. The design will be considered final once you provide approval.
  • After final approval, no further revisions will be made unless a new agreement is made for additional work.

7. Files and Ownership

  • Upon final payment and approval, you will own the rights to the final design. You will receive all the necessary files for your personal or business use.
  • Please be aware that any project files, including drafts, concepts, or initial designs, remain the property of GraphicsWize until full payment has been received.

8. Delayed or Lost Files

  • If there are any issues with the delivery of your files (e.g., lost or corrupted files), please notify us immediately, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue by sending the files again.
  • If the delay is caused by technical issues or problems with the file-sharing platform, we will offer support to ensure you receive the correct files as quickly as possible.
