3. Payment and Fees

- We accept payments via secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to process payments according to the agreed terms.
- In some cases, a deposit may be required before starting the project. The deposit amount will be specified in the service agreement.
- All payments are due upon completion of the project unless otherwise specified. Invoices not paid within the specified time frame may incur additional fees or suspension of services.
4. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee
- We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final design. Revisions must be requested within reasonable limits and should not involve significant changes to the scope of work.
- While we guarantee 100% satisfaction with the design, please note that due to the nature of our digital services, no refunds are offered after work has commenced.
- If you are not satisfied with the results, we will work with you to revise and adjust the design until it meets your expectations, within the scope of the project.
5. Delivery Time
- The estimated delivery time for completed services is between 7 to 14 days after order confirmation, depending on the complexity and scope of the project.
- Delivery time may vary and is subject to changes based on factors such as feedback, revisions, or unforeseen delays.
6. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing all necessary information, materials, and instructions required for the successful completion of the project.
- It is your responsibility to review and approve the design drafts in a timely manner. Delays in feedback or approval may result in project delays.
- You agree not to submit content or designs that infringe on any intellectual property rights or that violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- Upon full payment for services, you will receive full rights to the final design. You will own the final product, including the right to use it for any lawful purpose.
- GraphicsWize retains the right to display the work as part of our portfolio, marketing materials, and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
- You may not claim ownership of any stock images, fonts, or other third-party materials used in the design. These items remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

- Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause. If you terminate the agreement, you are still liable for any payments for services rendered up to the point of termination.
- GraphicsWize may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms or if there is non-payment for an extended period.
11. Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GraphicsWize and its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our website and services or any violation of these Terms.
